30-day Warranty and Returns Policy

Our 30-day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy covers the following reasons:

  1. We shipped the wrong order or item(s), or you received any broken or defective items.

  2. The quality of the products you received is poor or defective.

  3. You received an incorrect photo charm that differs from the provided photo.

  4. The item(s) show signs of chipping paint, crystals falling off, etc. (We will only exchange the item(s) for the same product or for item(s) of equal or lesser value.)

Please note that the following reasons are NOT covered by our 30-day policy:

  1. Personal reasons such as changed mind or personal taste.

  2. Personalized items, unless they are defective or damaged.

  3. Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.

For watches, please be aware of the following:

  1. The 365-Day Warranty ONLY covers the watch movement, while other parts of the watch are covered by our 30-day return policy.

  2. The warranty does not apply if the watch has been tampered with, opened, or subjected to abnormal use. Repairs performed by unauthorized service facilities are also not covered.

  3. The warranty does not apply if the watch has been worn during activities such as showering, bathing, swimming, snorkeling, water-related work, or fishing. Please refer to the Special Care instructions for watches to avoid misuse.

Please adhere to the following instructions for returns:

  1. Ensure that items being returned are new, unworn, and kept in their original condition.

  2. Contact our customer service representatives to request return authorization and receive further return instructions.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once an order has been submitted, we immediately begin production on personalized items. If you wish to cancel your purchase, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

Please be aware that refund processing is beyond our control, and it may take up to an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to be credited to the account used during checkout.
